His technical authority spans the entire project lifecycle from initial conceptualization and feasibility to detailed structural design, site execution, and specialized rehabilitation schemes.
His expansive design and site portfolio encompasses major transportation, marine, energy, and heavy industrial infrastructure, including multi-span bridges, flyovers, grade separators, elevated metro structures, deep-water marine jetties, industrial chimneys, intake structures, and high-consequence double-containment ammonia storage tanks.
Having spent nearly three decades in senior design and management roles within leading contracting firms, preceded by direct project site execution Sandeep possesses an exceptional contractor-side background. This deep hands-on execution background endows AXIZON with an unparalleled edge in value engineering, constructability management, structural investigation, and forensic rehabilitation for aging or distressed assets.
A recognized thought leader and authority in the structural engineering community, Sandeep actively contributes to national codal committees, shaping Indian infrastructure design practice. He holds life memberships with the International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering (IABSE), the Indian Roads Congress (IRC), the Indian Society of Earthquake Technology (ISET), and the Indian Society of Wind Engineering (ISWE), and has authored numerous technical papers for international conferences hosted by IABSE and fib.
He holds Post Graduate degree from MACT, Bhopal.
